Post Adjust Bond Show
Jaden Smith (JSMIT)
Technically, JSMIT has no upcoming projects listed.
Writers were hired to write a sequel to The Karate Kid in 2010 before the first one even opened.
In February 2012 (almost 2 years later) they hired a new writer and JSMIT officially signed on to the project (and Will Smith officially signed on to produce).
Will Smith took a break from acting so he could produce the first Karate Kid and he is officially signed to produce the sequel, but :
V: Will Smith in Final Talks to Star in [FOCUZ] Antibody on Apr 17, 17:34
News: Will Smith is in talks to star in and produce The Wild Bunch. Antibody on May 14, 14:23
In addition, Will Smith is already producing Uptown Saturday Night [USATN] which he will also be starring in.
After Earth was considered a box office disappointment and JSMIT received poor reviews. It is doubtful that Karate Kid 2 would move forward without Will Smith hands on producing... and he just filled his schedule.
It would not be wise in invest in JSMIT (at this time) counting on Karate Kid 2 to be his next adjust.
Louis Leterrier (LLETE)
Now You See Me
LLETE's next adjust does not have a release date, but will drop Unleashed ($24,520,892) and most likely add G (currently trading at $0.98)*.
* LLETE signed on to Now You See Me and G around the same time with G intended to follow Now You See Me and for G to be a big budgeted tent pole movie (link).
Michael Angarano (MANGA)
The Brass Teapot
MANGA's next adjust does not have a release date, but will drop Gentlemen Broncos ($113,155) and add either:
Melanie Laurent (MLAUR)
Now You See Me
MLAUR's next adjust does not have a release date, but will drop Days of Glory ($317,594) and add either:
Rosario Dawson (RDAWS)
RDAWS has a lot of projects that are wrapped or in production with no release dates that are very likely to be released before Sin City 2 (1 year 2 months away). All of these projects are indies with current prices below $18.00
RDAWS will be dropping Percy Jackson & The Olympians ($88,761,720) for her next adjust and it is likely that her next adjust will add one of those indies and move downwards.
Vincent Cassel (VCASS)
Technically, VCASS has no upcoming projects listed.
The Cross was announced in February 2009 with current cast already attached. It was IPOed in November 2009 and there has been no forward movement since then (3.5 years) (link).
