Post Adjust Bond Show
Deborah Kara Unger (DKUNG)
DKUNG has two projects that HSX has listed as in production. Silent Hill 2 is now in post production and likely her next release while The Truth should just be finishing filming around now.
DKUNG's next adjust does not have a release date, but will drop A Love Song for Bobby Long ($159,171) and most likely add Silent Hill 2: Revelations (currently trading at $12.93). At current prices, their next adjust would go up 2.55 points.
Jackie Chan (JCHAN)
Technically, JCHAN has no upcoming projects listed.
Karate Kid 2 hired writers in August 2010 and there has been no news since then (a year and a half). Jaden Smith will be spending most of 2012 preparing and shooting One Thousand A.E. for a 2013 release. Will Smith produced the first Karate Kid remake and he will be spending the first half of 2012 finishing and promoting Men in Black 3 and then spend the rest of the year with his son Jaden, prepping and shooting One Thousand A.E. The earliest that Karate Kid 2 could start production is very late 2012 making the release at least a year or more from now.
It would not be wise to invest in JCHAN right now planning for Karate Kid 2 as his next adjust. There is no set release date, there is no reported script, or even plans to make the movie right now.
Joan Chen (JCHEN)
JCHEN has no upcoming projects listed.
Juno Temple (JTEMP)
Are you a daring person?
JTEMP has six wrapped projects and one project in production with no release dates set. She also has The Dark Knight Rises opening toward the end of summer. What do you make out of this one?
My best advice is to consider The Dark Knight Rises ($250) as her next adjust in late summer and then keep an eye on new release dates for any news from her other projects. HSX usually makes a post of each weeks release date changes on Thursday afternoons on the movie board and the announcement board.
Milla Jovovich (MJOVO)
MJOVO has two wrapped projects that have been sitting on the shelf for a while. Her next scheduled release isn't until September 2012, but these two projects could become her next adjust if they were released before then.
The Palermo Shooting has been wrapped for several years with no news or updates. (link)
Bringing Up Bobby was acquired and will be distributed by Monterey Media. This distributor has a habit of letting their movies sit around for a long time before releasing them. Bring Up Bobby was just acquired in October 2011. Their films also usually do not make very much box office. (link)
MJOVO's next adjust on 10/8/12 will drop The Fourth Kind ($25,464,480) and add Resident Evil: Retribution (currently trading at $39.83). At current prices, their next adjust would go up 2.87 points.
Martin Sheen (MSHEE)
MSHEE's next adjust on 7/30/12 will drop Talk to Me ($4,496,799) and add The Amazing Spider-Man ($250). At current prices, their next adjust would go up 49.10 points.
Mary Steenburgen (MSTEE)
MSTEE has no upcoming projects listed.
Nicholas D'Agosto (NDAGO)
NDAGO has no upcoming projects listed.
Sam Shepard (SSHEP)
SSHEP's next adjust on 3/5/12 will drop The Assassination of Jesse James ($3,904,982) and add Safe House (currently trading at $58.32). At current prices, their next adjust would go up 10.88 points.
Stephen Rea (STREA)
STREA's next adjust on 2/13/12 will drop Stuck ($67,152) and add Underworld: Awakening (currently trading at $54.47). At current prices, their next adjust would go up 10.88 points.
Tim McGraw (TMCGR)
TMCGR has no upcoming projects listed.
William H. Macy (WMACY)
WMACY has two wrapped projects with no release dates set. He will be dropping a $0.05 film and adding either a $3 film or a $0.50 film, hinting that his next adjust will likely go up very slightly.
SRGAT will be appearing at 2012 Sundance.
