Juan Antonio Bayona
TAG: $8,718,634 Price: $20
Juan Antonio Bayona made his directorial feature debut with The Orphanage, but took five years before he followed up with The Impossible. The Spanish director has lined up A Monster Calls and Jurassic World 2
This is a cheap IPO (compared to most others) so it is more tempting to take a chance, make an investment and hope for a profit.
The next adjust will be the starbonds third movie added to their TAG so we use this formula:
(Movie 1 + Movie 2 + Movie 3) /3
= New TAG/Adjust.
Their next movie, A Monster Calls, would need to delist at $33.84 to adjust to the IPO price of $20 and it would need to make more than that for investors to make a profit.
A Monster Calls is currently trading at $25.58 and opens on 10/21/16 against Jack Reacher 2 and Madea's Halloween movie. In week 2, Inferno (aka The Da Vinci Code 3) and Rings (aka The Ring 3) open. In week 3, Dr Strange opens. In week 4, there are 5 new wide openers.
The trailer on the stockpage looks like A Monster Calls has some similarities to The BFG, which did not very good during this last summer. (The BFG opened to $22.26 and delisted at $50.96 ...during summer)
I usually do not invest in starbond IPOs like these until they get closer to their next adjust and we have a better idea of what the adjust might look like. A Monster Calls could be a hit or a miss and this starbond could easily adjust in either direction I personally don't like to clutter up my port with these kinds of stocks.
