Cheaters suck.  They run the fun and the spirit of the whatever game and/or competition that they are a part of.  The idea of having a game and/or competition is to see who is/does the best at a certain task and/or in a certain situation.  In order to make the playing field level, there are usually rules and/or restrictions that everybody must follow.

Since the last HSX Neighborhood Watch was posted,  a couple of cheaters have been found and punished at HSX.  It makes me happy that these players will (hopefully) no longer mess up the stock prices which also messes up our ports.  I do feel sad that there were a number of players who felt that they needed to bend and/or ignore the rules in order to get ahead.  HSX is a complex market, but it is not difficult to get ahead by following the rules.

Below is a list of Neighborhood Watch updates.  Some players were caught and punished.  There are a few new players that have come into light that should be investigated for possibly cheating.
